Please note — delivery timing: Please allow up to 30 days for items to be delivered to your door. Processing times, vendor backorders, and items undergoing embroidery or heat pressing can all extend the timeline. We’ll always keep you posted if your order is held up.
All Risk Uniforms — Shipping Policy
At All Risk Uniforms, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As a growing business, we’re continuously improving our shipping times, fulfillment processes, and carrier partnerships to better serve our customers.
1. Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Out-of-Stock or Backordered Items: If an item is temporarily out of stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for fulfillment.
We will contact you promptly if your order requires additional time or if substitutions are available.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery
We currently ship orders using standard ground delivery through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Estimated transit times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days once shipped.
3. Local Pickup
Customers in Northern California may select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout.
Pickups are available at either of our two locations:

We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. Your items will be held for you indefinitely—no holding fees or forfeitures apply.
4. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, those products will ship as soon as they become available.

5. Shipping Delays
As a new and growing business, we occasionally experience extended fulfillment times, especially during high-volume periods or when restocking specialty uniform items.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we expand our inventory and improve our logistics.
We promise to communicate clearly about any delays and to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in filing a carrier claim and sending replacements as appropriate.
