1. Definition of a Pre-Order

A pre-order allows customers to purchase products that are currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you reserve the product in advance of its official release or restock date.
Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed due to potential supplier or manufacturing limitations.

2. Payment and Billing

When placing a pre-order, you may be required to:

  • Pay the full purchase price, a partial deposit, or no payment at checkout, depending on the item or promotion.

  • Authorize us to securely store your payment information for completing your transaction once the product becomes available.

  • Permit us to charge your saved payment method for any remaining balance prior to shipment.

By submitting a pre-order, you agree that your payment method may be automatically charged when your order is ready to be fulfilled.
All transactions are subject to verification and acceptance.

3. Estimated Availability and Fulfillment

Estimated release or restock dates are subject to change.
Factors such as manufacturing delays, shipping constraints, or supplier changes may affect delivery timelines.
We will make every reasonable effort to notify customers of any significant updates.

Once your pre-ordered product becomes available, it will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping policy, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

4. Cancellations

  • Before Fulfillment: You may cancel your pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled or shipped. Any payments or deposits made will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

  • After Fulfillment: Once your order has shipped or been marked as fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still request a return or exchange in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refund requests for fulfilled pre-orders must comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Requests must be made within the time period stated in our Returns Policy.

  • Custom or personalized uniforms may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

6. Pricing and Product Modifications

Prices for pre-order items are subject to change before shipment due to supplier or material cost variations.
If a price change occurs:

  • You will be notified and may choose to accept the new price or cancel for a full refund.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to product design, color, or materials when necessary for quality or supply reasons.

7. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all contact and payment information remains current throughout the pre-order period.
Failure to respond to communication or payment authorization requests may result in automatic cancellation of your order.

Please verify your email, phone number, and billing information when placing a pre-order.

8. Limitation of Liability and Legal Disclaimer

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Product availability, shipping dates, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

  • All Risk Uniforms is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including manufacturer delays, supply shortages, or shipping disruptions.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a pre-order shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product(s).

  • No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the exact availability date, performance, or design of pre-ordered items.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
